trick or treat kewlpAd peview

i started this shortly after the release of trick_or_treat , by pixtudio [link] .
ran into problems with the semi-transparency of the peeking ghosts, so i gave up on it and it sat untouched for the last couple months. then the other day i decided to have another go at it.
i figured out the problem and now the ghosts work like i wanted them to.
this may change some before i upload it, but permission is already given.
the kewl cursor is also a semi-trans ghost but he needs more work.
